Texas A&M sophomore Kourtney Roberson cleared to practice 10 months after breaking ankle
Texas A&M’s Kourtney Roberson, a 6-9 sophomore forward, was cleared to return to action about a week before practice started. Roberson suffered a broken ankle against Rice on Dec. 22.“We have to be patient with him because he hasn’t played in basically a year,” head coach Billy Kennedy said. “He didn’t work out with us this summer on the court. … He was surprisingly good the first couple of days. Being consistent at this point is something he’s going to struggle with.”
